To be eligible to participate, students must:

Have a current, unexpired sports physical on file with the
Athletics Office prior to the start of the season.
Fall: August 28 | Winter: November 16 | Spring: March 1 - Meet OSAA and NCSD academic eligibility requirements .

FREE sports physicals are available by appointment through the Rex Putnam School-Based Health Center. To schedule an appointment, please call 503-353-5884.
