Request a transcript 

This link will take you directly to our online request for your transcript needs. You will need to provide proof of identification prior to the transcript being prepared. 

Please do not send requests to the school's mailing address at this time of closure. Thank you.

Requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days. 

 

CHANGING SCHOOLS

If the student enrolls in another school, an official transcript copy will be sent to the school upon Rex Putnam High School’s receipt of notification of the student’s enrollment in said institution.
